Born Ahmed Bayonle Arashi is the Founder of Scoutballers LLC a media and sports recruiting platform designed to be a solution for athletes looking to make a jump in their career. Coaches, agents, and scouts at colleges or professional club levels can use the platform to find a fitting talent anywhere in the world from their location through the technology. Video creators can also use the platform to meet athletes needing their service to make a winning highlights video. Bayonle also founded Midas Football Academy in Nigeria. Setup to discover, educate and develop football players. He is currently working on building a facility where the players can combine vocational education and soccer to reach their full potential. Midas Football the academy has participated in and won several International youth tournaments as well as some local tournaments in Nigeria and it is now registered in the United States to develop players ages 4 to 13.

I love speaking to young people about the importance of finding a purpose early in life as well as the power of dreams and destroying limitations. I have appeared as a guest panelist at events and conferences globally with his 21 years’ experience and counting in broadcasting having worked with Murhi International Group owners of (MiTV and Star FM) & Daar Communications Plc. owners of Africa Independent Television (AIT and Raypower FM) in Nigeria as well as Millennium Broadcasting Channel in Houston Texas. I have produced and hosted many popular football shows including LIMITLESS SOCCER a weekly magazine show that features highlights of top leagues in Europe and the U.S Major League Soccer, as well as RUSSIA ROUNDUP, a show that profiled all the 32 nations that participated at the 2018 FIFA WORLD CUP in Russia. The show aired on African Broadcasting Network and Afrocentrik Television in Houston Texas USA.

BROADCATING & ENTREPRENEURSHIP

EARLY-LIFE/BACK STORY: Born and raised in Nigeria and had most of my education and early career in Broadcasting and Entrepreneurship in Nigeria before moving to the United States in February 2015 to seek better opportunities. Arriving America with nothing but dreams in Atlanta but briefly lived in San Bernardino California before finding a home in Texas. Bayonle Studied Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies at the Harvard School of Business has a professional certificate in Football Management from The Football Business Academy in Switzerland and a certificate in Project Management from Google. The first of five children from his parents and had a very rough upbringing growing up in a polygamous family, Bayonle never allowed his environment or the obvious poverty around him to deter his dreams. He did many odd jobs to keep his dreams alive and also manages to take care of his family back home in Nigeria. Bayonle has worked with Amazon, FedEx, and The Texas Department of Criminal Justice honing his leadership skills.
