Custom Filters Direct is hiring an E-Commerce Specialist / Amazon Listing Specialist to support our growing eCommerce operations. This role focuses on managing listings, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate product data across multiple platforms. Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st Shift). Overtime may be required based on business needs. This is an on-site position in Bloomsburg, PA. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance. Remote work is not offered. We are focused on expanding our online presence and maintaining accurate, high-quality product listings across multiple platforms. Position Overview In this role, you will: Manage daily Amazon listings (primary focus) Audit product content and ensure accuracy Identify and resolve listing issues Maintain compliance with platform requirements You will also support additional platforms including Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay . Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Amazon product listings daily Audit listings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Identify and resolve suppressed listings, errors, and discrepancies Communicate with Amazon Vendor Central support to resolve issues Monitor listing health and performance Ensure product data, pricing, and content are up to date Support listings across Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and eBay Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, marketing, operations) Qualifications Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is required* Previous eCommerce or listing management experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to identify issues and problem-solve effectively Strong communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team Experience with additional platforms (Walmart, Target, etc.) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
