Detail-oriented and analytical, the Remote Email Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, optimize, and manage high-performing email marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients in a full-time remote capacity. Key responsibilities Planning, building, scheduling, testing, and deploying various email campaigns, including promotional and automated types Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and maintaining high client satisfaction Analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities and improve engagement Required qualifications Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns for clients or organizations Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing and deliverability Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar Experience creating automated email journeys and customer segmentation strategies Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
